Since 2002, due to constant referrals within this niche, we have been specializing in ecommerce sites. The ecommerce platform we normally use is MIVA Merchant, a fantastic e-commerce platform because of its affordability and flexibility. However, with over 1,500 third-party modules, multiple ways to configure a store, and hundreds of little tricks learned through experience, MIVA Merchant has a long learning curve if you want more than just an ugly base store.

Direct Hourly Billing - $120 per hour*

We track the exact time we spend on a project, in 15 minute increments. On a single project there is a one hour minimum. We bill "on occasion," which means as it adds up to a few hundred bucks or so, or if a project ends. Since the work is completed at the time of invoice, invoices are due upon receipt.

* NOTE: First Time DoublePlus clients must either choose a prepay option below, or prepay the estimated number of hours for a project via check. This is unfortunately due to unscrupulous people who have gotten work and either charged back their credit card or simply not paid after the fact. Once a relationship is established, alternate payment methods can be discussed.

With our level of experience and expertise, we do projects quicker and more accurately than most others. Five hours with someone else at $55 is more expensive, overall, than two hours with us at $120. And you get the added benefit of not having to pay the first person, then coming to us to fix their mistakes! To reduce our hourly rate from $120, you can use our hourly prepurchase options:

        • 10-19 hours, $105 per hour
        • 20-39 hours, $95 per hour
        • 40+ hours, $85 per hour

With our hourly pre-purchase options, we simply keep track of time and keep you informed via e-mail of the time balance remaining. As the prepurchased time is "used up," you will have the option of purchasing a new block of time or continuing with Direct Hourly Billing.

This is different than a retainer, as this is for those Web site owners/integrators/developers who wish to have constant dialog and support from DoublePlus and expect to be utilizing DoublePlus services on a frequent basis. Clients enrolled in this program are given top priority at all times from DoublePlus staff.

Premium Support clients receive several benefits:

Again, this program allows us to answer Help Desk, email and Instant Messaged questions, and do occasional small projects like checking token code syntax, fixing a quick site problem, etc., without having to figure out how to charge for 5 minutes here and there. It also allows you to ask questions knowing you're paying for the time! Some Premium Support clients simply enroll to have their questions answered via Instant Messenger. It's like having your own MIVA Merchant guru on staff! Premium Support does not include all tasks, and many projects will be billed at the hourly rate above.

Site Healthcheck: $250 prepaid
This full site analysis includes performance optimization testing with recommendations, suggestions for functionality and usability, investigation of problems and potential problems, and inside-admin analysis if a MIVA Merchant store, all from an expert outside view.

SEO Healthcheck: $250 prepaid
Using advanced SEO analysis tools you will receive multiple reports comparing your site with high-ranking sites based upon the same set of key words/phrases. With these reports will be written suggestions specifically for your site, with special MIVA Merchant consideration if a MIVA site.

Complete Affiliate Program Setup: $750 prepaid
Creating an effective affiliate program is more than just installing some affiliate software or module and offering a percentage of sales. To attract those individuals and organizations that will send customers to your site, you need to present a professional, well thought out affiliate program. This fee includes the installation and setup of the external program iDevAffiliate - Affiliate Software (software sold separately by iDevDirect), and everything from affiliate signup application to affiliate instructions and support materials, as well as training you on maintaining the program.

On Site Consultation

Sometimes nothing beats a one on one brainstorming session while looking at your site and your business. One of our consultants will travel to your location, or you travel to Central Florida for a full day or more of personal consultation.

DoublePlus comes to you: $800 per day of consultation. We will travel to your location the day before our meeting, and leave the day after our meeting. Client pays round trip travel expenses and hotel for night before and nights of consultation. Each "day" includes eight hours of consultation plus dinner meeting if desired.

You come to us: $600 per day of consultation. Without the need for travel, We will be available for 8 hours plus meeting for dinner if desired.

EMERGENCY!!

If your site is down or you need something done right away, this is how to get it fixed. This option is $200, and includes up to one hour of consulting in fixing the problem as quickly as possible. With this option, everything else we are doing will be dropped until your problem is fixed. If it is determined that it will require more than an hour, we will contact you.
